Senator John Thune announced today that the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has approved a $4,400,000 loan for the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe. These Rural Development funds will be used to construct a nursing home.
“The USDA is acting to help provide resources for the construction of a nursing home that will provide quality care for the members of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe in their senior years,” Thune said.
