As a member of both the tax-writing Senate Finance Committee and the conference committee that was tasked with negotiating the final tax reform bill, it was humbling to have been part of this process. I'm glad Congress sent this important legislation to the president and that we've been able to deliver meaningful tax reform to middle-income South Dakotans.
