Washington, DC —
Senator John Thune today announced the National Park Service has approved a $13,938 grant for the City of Wagner to make improvements to its City Park.
"I am pleased to announce this important funding that will allow city officials in Wagner to improve the recreational facilities of their City Park," Thune said. "City parks offer families positive recreational outlets, while boosting community involvement."
The City of Wagner will use this Land and Water Conservation Fund grant to install sports and playfields at City Park, which will include the installation of new play equipment.
