"We think especially of the brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice in our nation's latest fight for freedom. It is my prayer that God will comfort their loved ones, and that they will always take heart in the honor with which their sons and daughters served, and the great contribution their sacrifices have made to the safety and well-being of every American.
