Constituent Letter Requests
My office sends greetings for birthdays, anniversaries, academy graduations, Scout acknowledgments and other momentous occasions. Please submit your request with 4-6 weeks notice. White House greeting requests need to be submitted to Congressional Offices with at least 6 weeks notice. The White House Greetings Office fulfills requests for Presidential Greeting cards to acknowledge birthdays over 80 years and anniversaries over 50 years only.
White House policy is to not send cards over one month in advance. Accordingly, please submit your request to my office as soon as possible.
